The ROU00 series is a variety of receiving instruments designed for MASFLO-OVAL II (thermal mass flowmeter/controller). Functions necessary for flow measurement/control are integrated into specialized units.

  • External Output of 0-5 Vdc is equipped as standard. The upper-grade model ROU00C is equipped with an Analog converter, hence compatible with 1-5 Vdc, 0-20 mA DC as well
  • By combining the readout unit with the MASFLO-OVAL II series, flow measurement/control system can be easily configured at laboratories or model plants
