Single-Use Conductivity Sensors - SciLog® SciCon®

Calibration and identity data are stored on the sensor's chip.
Features- Parker Domnick Hunter's SciCon® conductivity sensors can increase the efficiency of downstream purification operations such as diafiltration and chromatography through accurate measurement of conductivity parameters.
- Measuring conductivity allows operators to monitor the progress of diafiltrations indicating when a target process stream conductivity has been met. Similarly, the conductivity of the solution also gives an indication of the progress of ion exchange or hydrophobic interaction chromatography steps.
- In addition conductivity measurement provides a quantified review of filters being equilibrated prior to performing filtration, ensuring the readiness of the filter media as well as minimizing the quantity of buffer required during the flushing and equilibration process.
- SciCon® conductivity sensors are part of Parker Domnick Hunter's patented range of pre-calibrated single-use sensors. Pre-calibration of sensors avoids contamination risks associated with in field calibration. Every individual Parker Domnick Hunter sensor is given a unique sensor ID for full NIST traceability. Pre-calibration and identity information is stored on the sensor's chip. Sensors are stable to gamma irradiation, NaOH sterilization, and are autoclavable.
- With five different connection sizes available (Luer, 3/8” Barb, 1/2” Barb, 3/4" Tri-Clover and 1” Tri-Clover 'Ladish'), there is a SciCon® conductivity sensor to match your process scale.
