ProSpect TS/TD-30 for Liquids
Brand: MOCONThe ProSpect In-Line Dairy Analyzer provides real-time constituent analysis of fat, protein, moisture and total solids as well as other components.
The ProSpect In-Line Dairy Analyzer is available in 2 configurations: a single version that measures one in-line dairy product flow, and a double version that measures two in-line flows.
The enclosure is configurable for both single and double versions.
The ProSpect In-Line Dairy Analyzer is designed to provide laboratory grade results in real time for a variety of dairy liquids and slurries including butter, cheese, yogurt, milk, whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate (WPC) and milk protein concentrate (MPC).
Data is readily viewable on the built-in touch screen display. In addition, data can be transferred to automated control systems for continuous formula adjustments.
This frequent output of analytical results aids in consistently high product quality while optimizing efficiency use of constituents.
Engineered for the harsh conditions of the production environment, stainless steel construction is used for both the enclosure and flow cells.
The products withstand moisture, vibration and temperature extremes. 3A flow cells are fully CIPable and the air-conditioned, waterproof, shock-mounted enclosure meets NEMA 4X standards.
Unlike other products, the ProSpect In-Line Dairy Analyzer comes as a complete product including an industrial computer that operates the system, displays and outputs the analytical results, calculated variables, trends and hardware diagnostics, to get the best analysis possible.
Preventative maintenance and calibration services are available to keep systems up and running.
