Nemalux's RB is a compact bulkhead light designed for harsh & hazardous locations use. The RB can also be used as an exit sign within harsh environments.

RB is a compact, hazardous location-rated LED Bulkhead luminaire designed for industrial applications.

It features lightweight, low-profile aluminum housing with stainless steel external fasteners and brackets for ease of installation.

Effective Illumination for Industrial Applications
  • Robust & Durable
    • RB Bulkheads are constructed with a marine grade aluminum housing, stainless steel bracketry and fastenings. Allowing for installations in extreme environments.
  • Hazardous Area Rating
    • The Zone 1/Zone21 model is suitable for explosive gas atmospheres that have a high-risk occurrence in normal operation.
    • The Zone 2/Zone22 model is suitable for an area in which an explosive gas atmosphere is not likely to occur under normal operation. And, if it occurs, will only exist for a short time.
  • Exit Sign Capabilities
    • An emergency exit sign kit is available. This comes many of configurations to suit different installations.

  • Intelligent Emergency Variants
    • Emergency variants are available to provide up to 3 hours of battery back-up at 25% power.
    • The Intelligent Emergency system self-tests the battery. Communicating via a tri-colour LED indicator.
  • Compact Design
    • The compact, low-profile design is ideal for applications where space is restricted.
  • Beam Angles
    • Available in a range of different beam patterns, both circular and elliptical.
Simplified Installation & Operation
  • Field Serviceable
    • A unique modular design allows quick and easy maintenance. PSUs and controls can be accessed from the front.
    • Maintenance can be carried out while the luminaire is in-situ.
  • Mounting Options
    • The luminaire can be mounted flush to a flat surface and allow in and out wiring.
    • Cable entries are located on the side of the fixture.
