Based on indoor temperature, the controller will maintain ideal temperature and humidity conditions in all your buildings by managing a gradual and synchronized transition of the ventilation for all the following equipment: inlets, misters, sprinklers, exhaust fans, circulation fans, natural or mechanical chimneys, etc.

Using a weather station, the MAXIMUS controller automates the ventilation operations by compensating and adjusting the curtains or panels opening according on wind speed, wind direction and rain.

The MAXIMUS controller precisely calculates the value of the temperature/humidity index (THI) at all times. This accurate management can avoid a reduction of milk production in dairy cows, by providing an adequate environment at all stages of their life.

Alarms are also sent on any anomalies allowing you to react quickly and efficiently.
