E5700 Knife Gate Valve
Brand: Elite ValveThe E5700 series has revolutionized the knife gate industries by offering features not found in standard valves. We start with our investment cast body, one of the first in industry to be offered in a knife gate design.
The lost wax concept, allows features & strength to incorporate in the body, not previously found in standard knife gate valves. Our studies show that the gate & seat are to most critical area in a valve, and are subject to the most amount of wear.
Our designer, have included a fully replaceable seat design, which not only allows for ease of maintenance, but allows for alternate materials to be used depending on the application.
The investment cast yokes have been design to offer ease of use, but also incorporates mounting holes for such items safety lockout, and position sensing switches.

- Body materials include WCB (Carbon Steel) 304 & 316 stainless steels
- Bi-directional seating
- Investment cast 304 Stainless Steel yoke, direct mount design for cylinders with mount for target proximity switches
