The Scored Railcar Disc (SRC) is designed as an alternative to railcar discs containing PTFE seals. 

The scored technology in the SRC allows for a solid metal disc that eliminates the possibility of leaks caused by the PTFE in composite discs. 

The SRC is designed to fit standard threaded or bolted railroad tank car safety vents.
