With the trend going to multi-tube and larger pumps being used for oil production, the significant vibration and oscillation produced by these PC pumps needs to be reduced or it will cause damage to your pump, tubing string, rod string and casing.

The spring loaded Excalibre Stabilizer is designed to run directly above the Orbiting Sub (Pick-up Sub), which is connected to the top end of the pump stator, or in the tubing string. To restrict movement inside the casing, the spring loaded drag blocks soften the contact between the pump or tubing and the casing, reducing vibration and oscillation movement and preventing premature wear of the artificial lift system.

The Excalibre Stabilizer is designed and manufactured with full bore and maximum bypass capabilities in the annulus. Various thread connections, grades of material and coatings (Teflon) are available to reduce problems associated with H2S and C02.
