Brand: BlendtechThe Blendtech Electronic Control Module (ECM) Truck Mounted Smart Controller determines injection rates by analysing product flow and records inventory information in the ECM transaction logs.
Unique to Blendtech, the EMC uses continuous injection to increase product quality and reduce costs of ownership.
Continuous injection requires the control module to continuously determine the optimal injection size and interval required to output the desired treatment rate for the duration of the loading process.
The ECM has an integrated Injector Block (MiniBlock) with a built-in meter, solenoid valve, needle valves, strainer and Calibration port.
This block is designed with unique mechanical components that allow an electronic microprocessor to control the injection rates with a high degree of accuracy.
The ECM also supports Blendtech’s Blendcomm Management and Control Software Package which adds advanced control features such as BOL generation, remote authorization and on-line inventory.
