Semi-Automated Bioprocessing System: SciLog® SciFlex® NFF
Brand: SciLog, IncThe SciLog SciFlex NFF is a configurable semi-automated single-use bioprocessing system for normal flow filtration for use in discovery to production scale operations.
Features- The SciLog® SciFlex® NFF is a mobile bioprocessing station designed to safely automate operations for normal flow filtration (NFF) while improving overall filtration yield.
- The SciFlex® NFF's automation paired with inline SciPres® pressure sensors eliminates the need for constant monitoring and is highly configurable based on specific needs.
- The SciFlex® NFF is a proven platform for use in discovery to production-scale applications including viral filtration, cell harvesting, chromatography column loading, as well as clarification and sterilization.
- Four different control methods can be used including: Constant rate NFF, Constant Pressure NFF, R/P Stat Method and Manual Operation.
- The SciFlex® NFF incorporates the patented R/P Stat Mode as one of the control options which enables constant pressure or constant rate NFF via a pump PID loop including inline SciPres® pressure sensors; which provides up to 30% increase in filtration yield.
- Intuitive application interface. OPC data collection via Ethernet, or on a USB flash memory in CSV format.
- Recipes can be conveniently stored and recalled at the time of execution. Up to 10 sequential steps can be stored to provide continuous processing.
- Up to two optional integrated scales can be used to deliver filtration precision by gravimetrically controlling operations.
- With Parker domnick hunter's Open Architecture® design philosophy of providing you with technology that fits your process rather than forcing you to adapt your process to available equipment; not necessary to change existing filters or membrane types / manufacturers because it will work with any NFF filter or membrane.
- Please contact your local Parker Domnick Hunter representative to discuss how these systems can be configured for your needs.
