The cable lugs of the F series are made from ETP copper strip, annealed and protected on the surface by electrolytic tin plating.
 
The annealing process optimizes the structural characteristics of the material, therefore allows easier compression and guarantees the use of the lug in the presence of mechanical stresses of various kinds.

The internal knurling of the collar improves contact with the conductor increasing the tensile strength.
 
The F series offers obvious advantages: the particular internal shape of the insulating blouse, which is funnel-shaped, is designed in such a way as to connect the step represented by the collar of the cable terminal and therefore allow an "easy" introduction of the conductor.

It is therefore no longer necessary to intervene on the conductor to recompact the elementary wires which generally tend to scramble after having removed the insulation; this translates into savings on wiring times.

The entire section of the conductor is affected by the compression thus creating a reliable connection both from an electrical and a mechanical point of view.

The terminals are made of Cu-ETP CWOO4A electrolytic copper according to UNI EN 13599, they are annealed and protected on the surface by electrolytic tin plating, min. 3µm.

The connectors can be stored at a minimum temperature not lower than - 40°C.
