With external pressure applied at the brake release port, the BH Series works as a motor. With pressure lost at that port, the integral wet disc brake is set. Maximum dynamic side load to 4,800 lb. at the key. Shaft 1.5 inch nominal. 

The Torqmotor™ BH Series provides a rugged and durable spring-applied, hydraulically released parking brake, ideal for medium duty applications requiring a parking or holding brake. Torqmotor™ BH Series is an efficient, rugged and durable Low Speed, High Torque (LSHT) orbital hydraulic brake motor, ideal for medium duty applications requiring a parking or holding brake. 

The Torqmotor™ provides superior side load capacity, high pressure shaft seals, and smooth low speed operation.  The Torqmotor™ BH Series utilizes a spring applied, hydraulic released brake. Parking or holding occurs when pressure is removed from the ports, causing the integral wet disc brake to set.  

Intermittent pressures to 4000 psi, torques to 12,600 lb-in. and maximum dynamic side load capacity of 4800 lb. at the key.
