Integrated temperature measurement enables the vane anemometer to measure temperatures up to +60°C.
For convenient, accurate measurements at plate outlets and ventilation grilles, we recommend that you use the vane/temperature probe in conjunction with the Testo 480 measuring instrument and the Testovent 417 funnel set (both optionally available).
This guarantees simple testing of incoming/outgoing air – such as in the controlled ventilation of living spaces.
If you add in the Testovent 417 volume flow straightener (optional), you can achieve an impressively high level of precision when carrying out measurements at swirl outlets.
The optional telescope with ball head makes it easier to measure flow velocities at ceiling outlets, for example. The telescope is 1.8 m long when extended.
Intelligent Calibration Concept
The probe offers maximum digital measurement reliability. The digital probe allows readings to be processed directly in the probe.
This technology eliminates instrument measurement uncertainty. The probe can be returned on its own (without the measuring instrument) for calibration.
Calculating the determined calibration data in the probe generates a zero-error display.
