Crown-Fusion Series 432 Trunnion Ball Valve

Stream-Flo ball valves are used in a wide variety of oil and gas applications, from the wellhead to the pipeline, downstream refining & petrochemical.

Features- DBB, DIB1 & DIB2 Singular Envelope Patented Design. Crown-Fusion Series 432 trunnions feature a singular body and adapter piece design that allows the valves to be supplied with standard self-relieving seats (SRS) and can easily be converted to double piston effect seats (DPE) for DIB1 or DIB2 configuration. The change involves the simple removal of the SRS seat carrier assembly and installation of the DPE seat carrier assembly. No machining or welding required, providing cost effective flexibility in seat configuration. DIB2 “Hybrid” option provides upstream and downstream seating while eliminating the need for external differential thermal relief (DTR) kits.
- Devlon Seats/AED O-Rings. Provide the best combination of durability, ease of operation, temperature range and process compatibility. Seals are North American sourced to ensure quality.
- Standard 3-mil ENP Plating. Improved corrosion resistance versus more commonly used 1-mil ENP coating which provides cost reduction and similar corrosion resistance to stainless steel.
- Stainless Steel Emergency Seat and Stem Injection Fittings. Allows for maintenance of seats and seals damaged by application media, weld slag, other debris, or periodic lubrication of the seat pockets and stem journal. Seat injection fittings not available on Series 432 in NPS 2”, 3” and 4” 150/300 ASME full and reduced port and NPS 6” reduced port 150/300 ASME. If feature is required use Series 422 ball valve. - Certified to API641 Fugitive Emission Compliant.
- Double Block and Bleed Capability. Valves are inherently able to test seat integrity through a double block and bleed test.
- Inconel Wave Springs assists in low pressure sealing.
