WC Branham launches DURATRK™ pneumatic rodless cylinders with one of several goals in mind. 

Should an automation systems require rodless cylinders, WCB rodless cylinders are the solution. 

The main seal- vital to rodless cylinder life- utilizes a hook and lock function. This function keeps the seal in place-all the time.

WCB has the bases covered for you with our DTS, DTK ,and DTF models. Cylinders in most cases are drop in replacements with other brands- providing you with the freedom to choose your next rodless cylinder maker and manufacturing partner.

The fairly tight construction of all the models keeps contaminants out. Front side carrier wipers are standard. The side wipers also assist with additional loading. 

The construction itself has been designed to adhere to the premise of single parts doing multiple functions. DURATRK consists of only 27 parts and 11 of the parts are standard across other models.
Features
  • Concept: Rodless cylinder with direct power transmission through the tube slot onto the carrier.
  • Stroke: Variable up to 19.75 Feet except where noted. Consult factory on longer stroke requirements.
  • Port Positions: Side position standard, bottom (PI) or Same-sides (P2) available.
  • Operation: Double-acting with adjustable end-of-travel cushioning
  • Operating Pressures: 29 to 116 PSI ( 2 to 8 Bar)
  • Medium: Filtered and slightly oiled or non lubricated compressed air.
  • Material: Aluminum parts made of high strength alloy, sealing parts made of oil resistant plastics and elastomers.
  • Cushioning: The mode of operation of the new pin-type cushioning is similar to an injection pump, which means that the flow rate is changed by turning a control edge. A turning angle of 90 degrees is sufficient for altering the cushioning effect from 0 to 100%. Cushion pin is captured.
