Needle Valve, QS Series - 15,000 psi

Parker Autoclave's QS Series needle valves are designed as a high flow, non-rotating rising stem valve, with working pressures to 15,000 psi (1,034 bar). These needle valves utilize a revolutionary single ferrule compression sleeve design (QS) for fast and easy installation.

The valves are designed to be used with Parker Autoclave tubing in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1". Operating temperatures can go from -100° to 650° F (-73° to 343° C) with special graphite braided yarn packing (GY). 316 stainless steel construction is the standard material with other options available.

Along with their many features these valves provide dependable and trouble free service in wide variety of applications.

Revolutionary Compression Ferrule (QS) allows working pressures to 15,000 psi (1,034 bar) in all tubing sizes
Non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling
Anti-galling molybdenum disulfide coated gland nuts
Gland nut positioning mark for assembly
Connection weep holes for safety and leak detection
Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/seat life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance
Stem sleeve and packing gland material have been selected to achieve extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque
Choice of Vee or Regulating stem tip
Available in two body patterns
