The Fluke 117 Electricians Multimeter is a compact, CAT III 600 V, True-rms meter that includes an easy-to-use interface with a bright backlight for darker worksites. It saves you time and enables you to move from job to job more quickly.

While similar, the Fluke 115 and the Fluke 117 meters are designed for slightly different purposes. 

The Fluke 115 is a compact true-rms digital multimeter that’s great for field service. 

The Fluke 117 is a designed specifically for electricians. With a quick turn of the dial both units provide measurements for:
  • Resistance
  • Continuity
  • Frequency
  • Capacitance
  • Min/Max/Average
The Fluke 117 offers non-contact voltage detection and has a selectable low-impedance mode to prevent false readings from ghost voltage. 

The 117 also features automatic selection of AC or DC voltage, depending on what was detected.
