Industrial Panel Alarms

Mallory offers several different series of panel alarms for various industrial control, transportation, and medical applications. Mallory’s SC Series features screw terminals, but also offers models with flat blade terminals and wires. 

Mallory’s SCE Series features finger-proof safe termination, but can also be ordered with other termination options. 

Both of these series feature a 30mm mounting hole, many different voltage ranges (up to 250 Vac), various sound types & sound levels, CUL & UL approval, and are suitable for rugged inside or outside use. 

For waterproof applications (UL-50; UL-508A; NEMA 4X), an optional gasket can be purchased and used with any SC or SCE part number.

A subset of SCE Series models are designed for electronic volume control. SCE Series models containing the letters “DB” or “VC” enable the user to choose among different volume levels depending on which control wire is grounded.

Snap-in alarms (SNP Series) feature tabs on the front of the alarm that can be quickly “snapped” into the panel hole, saving installation time and cost. Spacers are available that ensure a tight fit to the panel.

Mallory’s LSC Series have a LED embedded in the lens of the alarm so that when the alarm is activated, the LED flashes on-and-off to provide a visual indication along with the audible warning sound. 

These models feature a 30mm mounting hole, an extra loud sound level, 5 different operating voltage levels, and screw terminal termination.

Mallory’s VSB Series has 2 model numbers (VSB110-1 & VSB110-2) for use in pedestrian crosswalk applications. 

Model VSB110-1 issues a Cuckoo sound for north-sound crossing, and model VSB110-2 issues a Chirp sound for east-west crossing.
