LevelRat

The LevelRat non-fouling submersible level transmitter is specifically designed for use in environments that would clog a traditional level transmitter. The unique diaphragm combines increased durability and Teflon-like non-stick properties to provide increased service time without maintenance. Additionally, the small profile minimizes accumulated solids, while simplifying installation. 

The LevelRat is assembled in the U.S to customer specifications, including custom pressure ranges and cable lengths. Most orders ship in 3 business days or less. 

Additionally, models equipped with 4...20mA analog output include guaranteed lightning protection at no additional cost. This feature protects the LevelRat from fast-rising transients and carries a lifetime guarantee against damage from electrical surge.

Specifically designed for extended service in sewage lift station environments, the LevelRat by KELLER America features a wide sensing diaphragm yet small overall size. Unlike competing models which feature a fragile Teflon®-coated rubber diaphragm, the LevelRat incorporates a monolithic diaphragm which combines the non-stick quality of Teflon with superior toughness and abrasion resistance.

The LevelRat utilizes proven piezoresistive silicon measurement technology com- bined with KELLER’s state-of-the-art, microprocessor-based signal conditioning circuitry to provide outstanding accuracy and reliability over a wide compensated temperature range.

Perfectly suited for pump control applications, the LevelRat is compatible with any standard 2-wire, 4-20mA current loop or 3-wire voltage systems. The RS485 inter- face allows users to scale the analog output to any desired range within the standard pressure range. The LevelRat is typically suspended into the liquid by a standard PE-jacketed cable that is both self-supporting and vented. Optional Hytrel or Tef-zel-jacketed cables are available, should the installation require greater protection against chemical interaction.
