The North Port Series 375 reject chamber valve is designed specifically to handle the wire, staples, glass and sand typically found in recycled paper mill reject systems. 

The valve features a cavity-free design and precision-machined special body casting that prevents accumulation of solids and trash which can prevent the valve from reaching the fully open or fully closed position.

The series 375 is a round by square flanged valve available in sizes 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12”. The two-piece body design and use of replaceable wear components make this valve an economical solution as it can be fully repaired to like-new condition with repair costs estimated at 50-60% of the list price.

All North Port scavenger valves are supplied with a high cycle pneumatic cylinder, limit switch brackets, and stainless-steel cylinder lookout.

  • The NPV HD/MD Reject Chamber Valve is designed specifically to handle the wire, staples, glass and sand typically found in recycle paper mill reject systems
  • Cavity free, precision machined, special body casting prevents accumulation of solids and trash which would prohibit the valve from activating the open/close limit switch sensors
  • Gate, seat cartridge and gate guide are 400SS heat treated and hardened, which extends the life cycle of the valve
  • Valve design allows for complete factory rebuild to like new condition at 50-60% of the current list price
  • Gates are chrome plates to reduce friction and valve torque extending the life of the packing
  • All NPV/DUCO valves are supplied with NPV high cycle pneumatic cylinder, limit switch brackets and stainless steel cylinder lockout
  • HD/MD Reject Chamber Round by Round Flanged Valve is available in sizes 6″, 8″, 10″ & 12″
