Brand: ChomericsParker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ 976 Thermally Conductive Gap Filler Pads provide a low hardness (10 Shore 00) solution with 6.5 W/m-K of thermal conductivity.
THERM-A-GAP™ 976 provides excellent thermal performance and is supplied on an acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) for improved application as well as a fiberglass reinforcement layer for tear strength and rework capabilities.
THERM-A-GAP™ 97X series gap fillers offer the highest thermal conductivity for low to moderate clamping force applications.
